Terms of Service
By creating an account or using Product Vision Compass (the "Service"), operated by Product Stratagems ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions: productstratagems@gmail.com.
1. The service
Product Vision Compass is a strategic readiness diagnostic tool for product teams. It provides a structured diagnostic based on Henderson's six requirements, AI-generated coaching content (Pro Insights and Action Plans), and a history of your diagnostic runs.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect existing functionality.
2. AI-generated content
Pro Insights and Action Plans are generated by an AI model (Google Gemini) based on your diagnostic answers and the business context you provide. This content is advisory only. It is not professional strategic, legal, financial, or management consulting advice, and should not be treated as such.
AI outputs can be incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong. You are responsible for evaluating any AI-generated content before acting on it. We make no warranty that the content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at productstratagems@gmail.com.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts are for individual use — sharing credentials to bypass per-seat access is not permitted.
4. Pro subscription
Pro access is currently unlocked by submitting a short statement of intent — there is no charge at this time. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future; we will give at least 30 days' notice before any existing free Pro access expires or becomes chargeable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service.
- Submit confidential information belonging to third parties without their consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or interfere with the Service's systems.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, frameworks, and original content are owned by Product Stratagems. The diagnostic framework is based on publicly attributed academic and practitioner work (Henderson, Porter, Cagan, et al.) — we claim no ownership over those underlying frameworks.
The diagnostic answers, business context, and other data you submit remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero if you are on the free plan).
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8. Privacy
How we collect and use your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
